2. User Account

2.1 To participate in real-money games on milkywaycasino.pk, you need to first create a Player account.

2.2 You are permitted to maintain only a single Account. Just one Account per household, IP address, or computer is allowed. Attempting to create multiple Accounts may lead to all such Accounts being suspended or terminated, and any wagers could be invalidated. Additionally, any profits, deposits, earnings, or bonuses accumulated while a Duplicate Account was in use will be forfeited, and we may recover those amounts from you upon request. If you want to establish another account, contact the Manager at [email protected]. Upon opening a new one, the previous Account will be shut down. If you discover you have more than one registered Player Account, notify us right away. Not doing so could result in your Account being restricted. If differences are found between the Account holder's name on milkywaycasino.pk and the credit card used for deposits, this may cause all Accounts to be blocked and payments halted.

2.2.1 Should you attempt to create additional accounts beyond your initial one, we will suspend or close them. We might also suspend or close your original Account. If we keep your first Account active, any leftover deposits from other Accounts will be moved to it. We will impose a fair administrative charge of 10% (at least EUR 30) for each extra Account. Additional charges may apply as per these Rules.

2.3 Players must not share their accounts with others or permit third parties to use them for gaming. Each individual may have only one account. If a Player is discovered using others' accounts (such as those of family or friends) without milkywaycasino.pk's approval, the Administration may cancel the account and/or void winnings.

2.4 You are required to supply all necessary details in your registration form, including a legitimate email address; without a valid email, we cannot assist with recovering lost passwords. It is your duty to make sure the provided information is accurate, full, and correct.

2.5 By signing up at milkywaycasino.pk, a Player confirms they are of legal adult age, as Casino games are only for those 18 or older, or the legal age in their country.

2.6 The Player alone is accountable for ensuring the legality of online gaming services in their jurisdiction.

2.7 The Player accepts the potential for financial loss and agrees that milkywaycasino.pk assumes no liability for any monetary damages.

2.9 Should a Player be involved in unlawful, deceitful, or inappropriate actions, or fail to comply with milkywaycasino.pk's rules, the Administration can suspend or block the account. We are not required to return or reimburse funds in the account. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation or suspected violation of this Agreement, or for other justified reasons.

2.10 If a significant amount is won at milkywaycasino.pk that the casino Administration deems suitable for promotion, the Player must allow milkywaycasino.pk to publicize the win across media outlets.

2.11 For large wins, the casino may require extra payment information to facilitate uninterrupted withdrawals.

2.12 You consent to us verifying your identity. You agree to supply all requested documents to confirm your registration and payment details, for example, a photo of your passport (ID), utility bills, or bank statements.

3. Account Confirmation

3.1 The Casino Administration may perform KYC (Know Your Client) checks at any point.

3.1.1 This may involve submitting (among other things) a passport/ID and a selfie with the document. For credit card deposits, the Administration might ask for a copy of the card's front side (scan or photo).

3.1.2 We may choose to call the phone number linked to your Player account as part of the KYC process. If the number is wrong, absent, or fake, or if you do not respond, we can block or disable your Account until KYC is finished.

3.1.3 As a gambling operator, we must adhere to laws and regulations to confirm your identity and that your playing funds are legitimate and yours. We may conduct third-party checks on your name, cross-reference your details with databases, and request necessary information and documents to validate your account and funds. 3.3 The Company may verify a player's identity before processing payouts and delay withdrawals during this check. Note that once cumulative withdrawals hit €1,000, player verification becomes required. Providing false data may lead to withdrawal denial and account termination, with email notification. 4. Funding and Cashouts from Player Account

4.3 milkywaycasino.pk can subtract 20% from withdrawal amounts if the x3 wagering on the deposit is unmet (excluding table games and slots in section 7.4).

4.4 For funds from "NO WAGER" promotions per section 7.4, the wagering rule does not apply. To meet conditions, an x3 wager on the deposit is needed. Note: Table game bets do not count.

4.5 Cashouts are unavailable until verification per section 3 is done.
